This three-ingredient baked frittata makes for a fancy twist on your daily eggs.

Ingredients
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Lightly spray your ramekin with olive oil spray
  3. Mix your eggs, mozzarella cheese and sundried tomatoes in a small mixing bowl, then pour into a ramekin
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and then serve!
